For AGENCY Service:

1. You can choose 1 of these 2 ways to start:

• Deposit first, then receive your requested ad account (either we share ad accounts to your BM or we give you BM contains ad accounts inside)
• Receive ad accounts beforehand, setup campaigns and then when the campaigns are active, you deposit.

If you choose the 2nd option, you have to send your content + ad creatives (video/ media) to us for review before we give you ad accounts. We need to make sure your content and ad creatives can bypass Facebook’s policy violation scan.

2. The minimum balance the customer needs to top up to get an ad account is $200.

3. When an ad account/ BM is restricted, it will be replaced. However, we still keep the right to decline if the customer appears to be incompetent.

4. When an ad account is restricted/banned, we will only appeal if the customer requests it and if he does, the customer will take the responsibility to check if it is reinstated.

5. Your remaining budget must always be higher than your daily spending budget. We take no responsibility for the consequences if the customer does not send the budget in time.
