5. How to top up your account?
Step 1: Send us your content and ad creatives you are about to use
Step 2: Our staff will review it and make sure it bypasses Facebook system
Step 3: If your content and ad creatives qualify, we will give you our ad account, either by sharing it to your BM or by giving you a BM that contains the ad account inside.
Step 4: You receive the ad account and begin to set up your campaigns.
Step 5: When your campaign's status changes from “in review” to “active”, it’s time for you to deposit. Otherwise, we will turn off the campaign and take back the ad account before it can spend.
You can always deposit at any time before the campaign is active to avoid disruption or unwanted problems with transferring.
6. How to know the daily spending amount?
We report detailed daily spending reports to you twice a day, at 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM (GMT+7).
7. What if ad accounts are banned?
If the ad accounts or profile gets banned, we will replace it mediately for free. The only condition is that you must comply with our regulations.
Of course, if the accounts are banned and unable to spend, your money will still remain in the balance.

We commit to refund if the partner has a problem and wishes to stop cooperation. The remaining amount after ceasing cooperation will be calculated and transferred according to the customer’s preferred payment method.
